In early December, 2009, EDV entered a fundraising challenge called The Open Challenge on the internationally recognised philanthropy website, Global Giving.
The challenge was to raise $4,000 (EU 2,700) from at least 50 separate donors in less than a month to win a permanent spot on Global Giving’s highly respected website.
We raised more than enough from 60 donors and secured our spot as a Global Giving partner. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed!
